All STEAM labs use the 5E Model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate and Evaluate) to support students in asking questions and creating experiments to determine the answers. The lessons in each series of hands-on activities build upon each other to develop a coherent conceptual understanding of the content.

Science: Sept. 9

Students will expand on their knowledge of polymers and explore their more"playful" side.

Students will engineer and design various marble runs while exploring potential and kinetic energy. Newton's laws of motion will be introduced and analyzed.

Students will explore potential, kinetic energy, chain reactions, force and motion in this fun physics lab.

A Drama class for everyone!

Designed to improve speaking skills while engaging students in fun, dramatic activities.  Editing, costume, and design is incorporated.

Students learn to cook delicious meals alongside their peers. Educational & Fun - kitchen safety, measuring, & table setting will all be  explored.
